The story
AMBRA was born because perfume and skin don't always agree. Many people react to alcohol and fragrance compounds directly on the skin, while others are tired of stains on silk and wool – but still want to wear their scent.
The solution is a porous ceramic disc hidden inside the jewellery. You spray your own perfume onto the disc, let the alcohol evaporate and click it back in. The scent is released slowly through the day, amplified by body heat, without ever touching the skin.
Where fragrance jewellery has previously been bulky and obvious, AMBRA is designed to be minimalist and Scandinavian: slim lines, neutral colours and a mechanism that stays invisible. The first collection is made in Europe from recycled silver and nickel-free alloys.
