These terms apply to purchases of products from AMBRA (Oslo, Norway) by customers in Norway. By completing an order you accept the terms below. Norwegian consumer purchase and cancellation law applies at all times.

From AMBRA to you
Delivery, with care

We ship to addresses in Norway. Estimated delivery time is given in the order confirmation; you will be notified of any delays. Refill discs and jewellery are shipped in protective packaging suited to postal handling.
Pre-launch – registering interest
The website is currently in its pre-launch phase, and products are not yet for sale. When you click "Buy" or "Notify me at launch", only your interest and email address are registered – this is not an order and is not binding, and no payment is taken. You will be notified as soon as sales open, with priority access.
Ordering
A binding agreement only arises once sales have opened, you have completed an order and we have confirmed it by email. Check that the confirmation is correct, and contact us immediately if something is wrong.
Prices
All prices are given in Norwegian kroner and include VAT. Any shipping costs are shown before you complete your order. Obvious pricing errors on the website entitle us to correct the order before dispatch.
Payment
Payment is made using the payment methods available at checkout once sales launch. The amount is charged only when the item is dispatched.
Right of withdrawal – 14 days
You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the item, without giving a reason. Notify us within the deadline and return the item in the same condition and packaging as received – jewellery must be unused. Refunds are made using the same payment method within 14 days of us receiving and inspecting the return. You cover the return shipping costs yourself.
Complaints
Under the Norwegian Consumer Purchases Act, you have a five-year right to complain from receipt of the item in the event of a defect. Complaints should be made within a reasonable time after the defect is discovered, and no later than two months after you noticed it. Contact us and we will arrange repair, replacement or refund in accordance with the law.
Jewellery and care
The jewellery is not designed to be worn in the shower, in a pool or while exercising. Fragrance discs are consumables and are not covered by the right of withdrawal once the seal has been opened and the disc used – the jewellery itself carries the full right of withdrawal.
Privacy
We process personal data in accordance with our privacy policy.
Disputes
In the event of disagreement, we aim to resolve the matter through dialogue. Complaints may be referred to the Norwegian Consumer Council. Last updated: September 2026.
